Sales & Marketing Manager (Klang)

Job Description:

  • An effective leader in the organization and responsible for the overall sales, marketing and credit activities.
  • Possess strong interpersonal, analytical and communications skills.
  • Responsible to develop viable and dynamic marketing and promotion plans.
  • Responsible to achieve the sales revenue as per approved target by the Management

Job Requirements:

  • Advanced Diploma/ Degree holders in Business Studies or Marketing or equivalent.
  • At least 3 years of working experience in the related field. Experience in multi-disciplinary aspects of a medical lab is an added advantage.
  • Able to do related marketing and channel development work.
  • Develop and implement an effective strategic sales & marketing plan, with clear vision on objectives and practical actions for short, average and long term.
  • Lead and motivate the current sales team to achieve success, experience and high level of sales performance.
  • Provide accurate and professional advice to the Management Team.
  • Good analytical thinking and initiative.
  • Good written & spoken in English & Bahasa Malaysia. Ability to converse in other languages is an added advantage.
  • Possess drive, motivation and resourcefulness to achieve the company’s objective
  • Carry out market survey and bench-marking for areas in charged


Marketing Executive (Klang, K.L, Penang & Melaka)

Job Description:

  • To assist in developing and planning marketing related activities
  • To execute marketing plans
  • To organise projects and health campaigns
  • To implement marketing strategies in order to develop business opportunities
  • To support marketing and promotional activities
  • Required to deal with GPs and medical centres or corporate sectors in promoting health packages

Job Requirements:

  • Possess at least Degree in Marketing/Business Studies/Biomedical Science or its equivalent
  • Candidates with at least 2 years of working experience in related field are encouraged to apply
  • Able to work independently and has initiative
  • Able to work on weekends and public holidays when required
  • Results-driven and possess good interpersonal skills
  • Willing to travel outstation as and when required
  • Possess own transport and valid driving licence
  • Good communication skills and is proficient in spoken Bahasa Malaysia and English


Histopathologist (Klang)

Job Description:

  • A demonstrated ability to make sound scientific interpretations and assessments of pathology data

Job Requirements:

  • A qualified Histopathologist
  • Possess MBBS and at least a postgraduate qualification in Pathology (MPath or MRCPath or its equivalent)
  • Minimum 3 years of working experience as a Histopathologist
  • Detail-oriented and able to work independently with minimum supervisior
  • Able to travel outstation as and when required

IT Executive  (based in Klang)

Job Description:

  • Daily routine monitoring and maintenance of HQ servers (LIS, Finance, Purchasing and HR)
  • Assist all HQ departments and branches with IT related issues (i.e. PC / Server and equipment troubleshooting, user and code creation, backups and telephony)
  • Update and maintain company website
  • Perform monthly hardware/ software audits of branches and HQ department and tracking of all IT assets
  • Assist in setup of IT infrastructure and equipment at new branches
  • Assist in procurement of IT related items
  • Liaising with vendors on IT related matters

Job Requirements:

  • Must possess minimum diploma/ degree in IT/ MIS/ Computer Science or any related field
  • Minimum 2 years experience in IT support
  • Experience in database support, PC support and hardware/ software troubleshooting skills are essential
  • Experienced in healthcare IT systems support is an added advantage
  • Skills in web administration and development are essential
  • Independent, results driven and self-motivated
  • Must posses own transport and willing to travel as and when required

Cytotechnologist (based in Klang)

Job Description:

  • Reporting gynecological cytology
  • Entry result of cyto/histopathology
  • Grossing / Handling histo-pathology / cyto-pathology specimens
  • Handling RCPA / External QC Material

Job Requirements:

  • Degree / BSc Holder In Biomedical Field of Study
  • Qualified cytotechnologist (International Academy of Cytology) – CT (IAC)
